Yuki Tsunoda at Spa, 20250726

I spent a quiet day at home, listening intently to heartwarming rock music—BAHO, CHABO, and the like.

The Swallows played solid defense again tonight. In a tight pitchers’ duel, they edged out a win by a single run. It all comes down to strengthening the center line, and lately, the team seems to understand that too—which makes me happy.

As for the Belgian Grand Prix, Yuki Tsunoda finally regained his true pace. Until the morning of the same day, he had still been struggling with the older-spec machine. But just before the afternoon qualifying session, his car was finally upgraded to match his teammate Max Verstappen’s latest-spec machine.

Despite being unfamiliar with the new setup and its unpredictable behavior, Tsunoda handled it brilliantly, securing P7 on the grid—just 0.4 seconds behind Verstappen, who placed fourth. It may not be the absolute best result, but at last, he’s back in a position to fight. His expression looked visibly brighter. I’m truly looking forward to tomorrow’s race.

Later at night, I went for a 7 km jog. No rushing—just quietly building mileage, step by steady step.
