仕事を早く切り上げ、久しぶりに自転車に乗る。ランとは異なる快感だ。高田渡の「自転車にのって」をつい口ずさむ。日が暮れて、図書館に寄る。20時の閉館時間まで過ごす。この時間を渇望していた。
I wrapped up work early and went for a bike ride for the first time in a while. It’s a different kind of pleasure from running. I found myself humming Takada Wataru’s “Riding a Bicycle.” After sunset, I stopped by the library and stayed until it closed at 8 p.m. I had been longing for this time.
