今日はコーヒーをマグに一杯しか飲まなかった。いつもは3杯飲む。しばらくカフェインを減らしてみる。夜、深く眠りたい。
I ran along the rain-washed streets. A beautiful fourth-day moon floated in the western sky. I stopped by the central library and read a photo book by Michio Hoshino.
Today, I had only one mug of coffee—usually, I drink three. I’m trying to cut back on caffeine for a while. I want to sleep deeply at night.
