日中は猫とくっついて横になって過ごした。低調であった。ぼくは本を読んではうつらうつらし、猫は熟睡。夜になってようやく回復してきた。ちょっと疲れているらしい。
F1はモナコ・グランプリの週末だ。小倉茂徳さんの突然の訃報が悲しい。ぼくは小倉さんのレース解説が好きだった。たとえば雨でレースが中断され、その分だけ小倉さんの話を長く聴けると嬉しかった。
I spent the day lying down with the cat. It was slow, quiet day. I drifted in and out of sleep while trying to read; the cat, meanwhile, was out cold.
By evening, I finally started to feel better. Seems I’ve been a bit worn out.
It’s Monaco Grand Prix weekend in F1.
I was saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Shigenori Ogura. I always liked his race commentary. When a race was suspended due to rain, I actually enjoyed it —because it meant I got to hear him talk for longer.
