月曜日。7時から机に向かい、9時にはすでに一仕事を終えると、とても気分がいい。そのあとも夜まで仕事にかかった。
酒を絶って1年4ヶ月になるが、その間、本当にゆっくりと朝型の人間に変わってきた。走らず、たっぷりと筋トレ。
Monday. I sat down at my desk at 7 a.m., and by 9, I’d already finished a solid chunk of work —it felt great. I kept working through the rest of the day until night.
It’s been a year and four months since I quit drinking, and in that time, I’ve slowly but surely become a morning person. No running today—just a full session of strength training.
