仕事の息抜きのつもりで走りに出て、3時間も外で過ごしてしまった。丘をいくつも越えながら、里山、公園、中央図書館と巡った。石内都の『写真関係』と池澤夏樹の『旅をした人』を借りてきた。ナイト・ゲームを観ながら仕事のつづきにかかった。体調が整って、夜もよく眠れそうだ。よい日曜日。
I went out for a run as a break from work, but ended up spending three full hours outdoors. I crossed several hills and made my way through the satoyama, a park, and the central library. I borrowed books by Miyako Ishiuchi and Natsuki Ikezawa.
Back home, I picked up where I left off with work while watching the night baseball game.
My body feels recovered, and I think I’ll sleep well tonight.
